12 Chords Academy, a branch of The Pocket Disciples, was founded to serve as a spiritual, educational, and mentorship hub for young Israelites—specifically our Black, Hispanic, and Native American youth. Established to reclaim identity, restore purpose, and reignite hope, the academy focuses on middle and high school students, particularly those at risk of falling through the cracks of the traditional school system or already affected by the juvenile court system.
The academy partners with parents, local schools, and community leaders to offer a structured learning and mentoring environment rooted in Scripture, history, culture, and truth. Through proper Bible study, precept-based teaching, and real mentorship, students learn who they are according to the Bible and how to walk in the ways of the Most High.
At 12 Chords Academy, students are trained in:
Proper Bible interpretation (precept upon precept – Isaiah 28:10)
Identity, heritage, and prophecy
Hebrew language fundamentals
Leadership, family roles, and moral values
Social, spiritual, and personal development
We believe that only by returning to our covenant with the Most High can our youth break destructive cycles and walk boldly into their purpose.
“Now for a long season Israel hath been without the true God, and without a teaching priest, and without law… but when they in their trouble did turn unto the LORD God of Israel, and sought him, he was found of them.” – 2 Chronicles 15:3–4
Our Mission
The mission of 12 Stones Academy is to raise up a generation of young disciples who are grounded in truth, discipline, and purpose. We teach from the foundation up—starting with salvation, identity, commandments, and the walk of righteousness.
We aim to:
Inspire commitment to the Most High through pro-social friendships and Scripture-based education.
Instill responsibility by teaching students their Biblical roles and history.
Expand perspective, helping youth see their divine purpose and future.
Create strong support systems through dedicated mentors and a righteous community.
Mentorship Focus
We offer four targeted programs:
Trailblazers – For middle school students needing structured spiritual guidance.
Turnaround – For youth frequently suspended or disengaged from school.
Higher Ground – For those already within the juvenile system seeking a way out.
Tomorrow’s Youth – For elementary-aged children beginning their spiritual journey.
Mentors are trained Israelite leaders who walk in righteousness and understand the importance of identity, discipline, and love. They meet weekly with students and receive ongoing training to help guide our youth with patience, wisdom, and Scripture.
